DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND?
We have plans to expand our distribution in time but for now, we only ship our products to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
BIOLOGICAL CLEANING PRODUCTS - WHAT ARE THEY?
Cleaning products that contains a live solution of natural and safe bacteria. When you spray our products onto a surface, the bacteria start to reproduce rapidly.
This allows them to completely break down any dirt, odour or bad bacteria that may be present on there.
Biological cleaning products are proven to be more effective in removing traces of dirt, oils, fats etc on almost any surface. Have a read of our blog if you’d like to understand this a bit more.
WHY ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?
Lots of reasons! First of all, you won’t find them in supermarkets. To help reduce C02 emissions, we send our products on one journey direct to you. Secondly, we use aluminum bottles that are 100% recyclable and more durable than plastic, so you can refill and reuse time over. We also don’t prefill our bottles. We deliver them empty with a sachet of concentrate to make packages lighter and further reduce carbon emissions. Finally our biological formulas contain healthy bacteria which give a deeper and longer lasting clean.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
Yes. Nothing in our products is animal derived or tested on animals. The only product that is not vegan approved is our wooden brush that comes with ourDry Carpet Cleaner. However we have silicon brush that we can send in place of this should you wish to order this product. Just pop a note in the comments section when you checkout and our team will take care of that for you.
CAN I ADD ESSENTIAL OILS TO YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products have a beautiful fragrance on their own and have been designed to leave surfaces beautifully clean and shiny. Most essential oils are volatile and therefore should not affect our product performance if added in very small amounts. Adding too much will leave an oily finish on surfaces. If you do add them we recommend that you shake the aluminum container well before every use.
ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES SYNTHETIC?
The fragrances in our products are something that we are regularly praised for. Whilst they are man made scents the ingredients are all plant derived to ensure that they do not effect the environmental standards of our formulas. They are natural, non-toxic, non-irritating and biodegrade within one month; just like the rest of the formula.
HOW DOES YOUR REFILL – REUSE – RECYCLE METHOD WORK?
Decant the sachet of concentrate into the aluminum bottle and top up with tap water to the point where the bottle neck curves. When you’re running low, simply order another sachet and repeat. You can select to receive a freepost envelope with your order to return empty sachets to us for responsible recycling.
ARE YOUR SACHETS PLASTIC?
They’re made of foil but sadly, not all councils have the ability to recycle them yet. We’re looking into whether our formulas will work inside biodegradable and compostable sachets and in the meantime, you can return empty sachets to us and we’ll make sure they are responsibly disposed of.
WHERE CAN I RETURN MY EMPTY SACHETS TO?
Empty refill sachets can be sent back to us for recycling using one of our pre-paid self-addressed envelopes, which you can request when you place an order.
WHY DO YOU INCLUDE MICROFIBRE CLOTHS IN YOUR PACKS? AREN’T THEY BAD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT?
Our cloths give you a reusable accessory that not only supports our commitment to helping reduce single use waste, but also help you get an excellent finish with our products. We sourced high quality glass fiber cloths that are tightly weaved and lose very little lint.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO WASH YOUR CLOTHS?
Wash at 30-40 degrees with no fabric softener in your washing machine.
DO I NEED A NEW BOTTLE IF THE TRIGGER SPRAY BREAKS?
We guarantee our triggers for up to three months after purchase. You can keep the aluminum bottle and we’ll gladly send you a new trigger spray for free if it breaks. Just send an email to support@cleanlivingint.com quoting your order number and we’ll pop one in the post.

How flexible is my Subscription Plan?
You know better than us what cleaning products you use and how frequently you run out of them. So we didn’t want to create a one size fits all subscription service.

WHY SHOULD I USE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?

Is there a Fee to set up my subscription plan?
No, it's free to join; you only pay for the products you buy.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
You’re in full control so can cancel at any time. You can also skip a month if you don’t need any cleaning products at the moment. Just visit your personal account dashboard to manage your subscription. We hope you never need to but if you do, please ensure you cancel before next delivery to avoid any further charges on your card.
CAN I JUST GIVE IT A TRY?
Yes, you can place a one-off order if you prefer. However if you choose to join the subscription service, there are no commitments. You can change, delay or cancel recurring orders at any time by logging into your account.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We aim to dispatch all our orders by the next working day. Our UK orders should be with you within 3-5 working days or your order being placed.
I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION. IS THAT ALLOWED?
Absolutely. Just log into your account and edit whatever you wish. You can alter the amount of refills you receive, the frequency and can also skip a month. There’s also an option to add or remove products onto your next order.
